Ms. Johnson has specialized in debt capital markets during her 17 years in the banking industry. Prior to joining Bank Street, Ms. Johnson was an Executive Director in the Debt Capital Markets division of UBS (and its predecessor, Swiss Bank Corporation), where she led the structuring and execution of over $10 billion of structured finance transactions. Over a period of 10 years, Ms. Johnson was instrumental in building Swiss Bank's asset-backed finance business in the United States as well as expanding the group's international capabilities in Europe, Mexico and Australia. Early in her career at Swiss Bank, Ms. Johnson ran the U.S. Receivables Finance group, managing 13 product specialists and an asset-backed credit portfolio in excess of $1 billion. Ms. Johnson has expertise in traditional commercial banking, asset-backed finance, leveraged finance, interest rate derivatives and credit-linked products. Prior to joining Swiss Bank, Ms. Johnson completed Chase Manhattan Bank's formal credit training program and was an Assistant Treasurer in the middle market commercial lending division based in New York City. Ms. Johnson graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
