Mr. Ryckman has over fifteen years of investment banking experience having worked at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., Dillon, Read & Co. Inc. and UBS Warburg LLC. He has successfully closed over 40 financing, merger, acquisition and advisory transactions for both public and private companies in a variety of industries including manufacturing, transportation, consumer products, publishing, retail, health care, telecommunications, energy, aviation services, building materials and the airline industry. Mr. Ryckman graduated with honors from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, and received an MBA from The University of Chicago. Mr. Ryckman is Series 7, Series 24 and Series 63 registered.
