Mr. Buckley has over 25 years of investment banking experience, primarily in private equity placements across many sectors. Prior to joining Bank Street, Mr. Buckley was a Partner and Head of Private Placements at Watch Hill Partners. Previously, Mr. Buckley was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Equity Private Placements for JP Morgan where he oversaw a wide variety of equity raising activities including PIPE, hedge fund, venture capital and financial sponsor-focused financings in the Energy, Healthcare, Technology and Telecommunications sectors. In addition, Mr. Buckley was a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the Private Equity Placements Group at Bear Stearns & Company. Prior to 1996, Mr. Buckley spent ten years at Bank of America Securities in New York and San Francisco, where he completed more than $4 billion of private senior and mezzanine debt financings across several industry sectors. Mr. Buckley received his Bachelor of Arts degree from The Colorado College and his M.B.A. from Harvard University Graduate School of Business. He has been active with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation since 1999.
