Mr. Singer is a senior business executive with 20 years of investment banking and consulting experience in the media industry who has originated and executed financial and strategic transactions totaling over $110 billion. His clients have included Cablevision Systems, CBS, Charter Communications, Comcast, Discovery Communications, Disney, Liberty Media, NBC Universal, News Corp., Time Warner, Viacom, and Young & Rubicam as well as numerous mid-cap and early stage broadcasting, digital media, interactive entertainment, marketing services, and newspaper companies. Mr. Singer leads Bank Street's Media & Entertainment Investment Banking practice. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Managing Director and Head of Broadcasting & Cable in the Investment & Corporate Banking Department at BMO Capital Markets, a Principal at Deloitte and a Leader of its U.S. Media & Entertainment Practice, and a Managing Director at Bear Stearns where he was an industry sector head in its Media & Entertainment Group. Mr. Singer previously held senior media banking positions at Merrill Lynch and TD Securities. He earned his BSBA in Management from Bucknell and his MBA in Finance from NYU's Stern School of Business. Mr. Singer is the past President and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Bucknell's Alumni Association, a Trustee (ex-officio) of the University and was a member of the Search Committee for Bucknell's 16th President. He is currently a member of The Paley Center for Media's Board of Governors as well as a Vice Chairman of Bucknell's $400 million capital campaign.
