Mr. Rust is the Founder and CEO at Bank Street Consulting Group, a management consulting firm that helps emerging and mid-sized companies accelerate grow and prepare for a financial or strategic transaction. Mr. Rust is an experienced CEO/COO who has used his combination of strategic vision and hands-on execution to successfully build and grow businesses. He has worked at both large and small companies in the IT, telecom and Internet industries. Mr. Rust was the founder and CEO of Con Edison Communications, LLC. In a four year operating time span, he grew the business from the ground up into a $40 million a year company that built and operated secure private networks for a marquee set of Wall Street customers, including eight-out-of-ten of the largest investment banks as well as the New York and American Stock Exchanges. Prior to Con Edison Communications, Mr. Rust was COO for a Bell Atlantic startup, Internetworking and Multimedia Solutions, Inc. Mr. Rust started his professional career with Hewlett Packard as a software systems engineer in their medical division. Mr. Rust holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Adelphi University, an MS in Biomedical Engineering from Polytechnic University and a BA in Biology/Psychology from Brown University.
