Mr. Lee brings over a decade of experience as an investment banker, corporate lawyer and entrepreneur. He has successfully executed over 75 transactions in his career in a variety of industries and transactions types. Mr. Lee was a consultant for the Carlyle Group prior to joining Bank Street. Prior to Carlyle, Mr. Lee was an investment banker at Banc of America Securities, Merrill Lynch and U.S. Bancorp Libra, where he specialized in leveraged finance, including high yield bonds, leveraged loans and mezzanine debt. He began his career as a securities lawyer in the New York office of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson. Mr. Lee also founded FTC Trinity LLC, a trading firm focused on importing and exporting specialty chemicals between the United States and South Korea. Mr. Lee graduated from Harvard Law School and University of California at Berkeley with High Honors.
