September 19, 2007 – mindSHIFT Technologies, Inc. announced that it has merged with Invision, Inc. in a transaction that expands mindSHIFT’s customer base and comprehensive portfolio of managed data and voice services. Bank Street served as exclusive financial advisor to Invision in connection with this transaction.

June 25, 2007 – NEON Communications Group, Inc. announced a definitive agreement with RCN Corporation for NEON to be acquired in a transaction valued at $260 million.  Bank Street served as exclusive financial advisor to NEON in connection with this transaction.

June 18, 2007 – Bank Street announced its sponsorship of the 2007 Hands of Hope Charity Golf Tournament.  The firm has sponsored this event each year since its inception in 2001 and remains committed to supporting charitable and philanthropic causes around the world.

May 1, 2007 – Bank Street announced that J. Peter Beckett has joined the firm as a Managing Director.  Mr. Beckett brings more than 20 years of experience as a professional executing more than $100 billion of advisory and capital markets transactions.

March 10, 2007 – Bank Street announced the promotion of two of its key team members.  Dr. Jon Vanden Heuvel was promoted to Managing Director and Steve K. Lee was promoted to Director.

January 1, 2007 – Bank Street announced today that it has moved its headquarters to One Canterbury Green in Stamford, CT.  The move into more than 11,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space was done in order to accommodate the firm's continued growth.
