November 16, 2006 – AboveNet, Inc. announced a definitive agreement to sell its data center in San Jose, CA to Data Pipe.  Bank Street served as exclusive financial advisor to AboveNet in connection with this transaction.

October 3, 2006 – Globix Corporation announced a definitive agreement to sell its interests in its U.S. hosting business to Quality Technology Services for a cash purchase price of $20 million.  Bank Street served as exclusive financial advisor to Globix in connection with this transaction.

October 2, 2006 – AboveNet, Inc. announced a definitive agreement to sell its data centers in New York City and Northern Virginia for $40 million.  Bank Street served as exclusive financial advisor to AboveNet in connection with this transaction.

August 29, 2006 – DSL.net Inc. announced that it had received a strategic investment from MegaPath Networks, Inc. with an option to acquire DSL.net.  Bank Street served as exclusive  financial advisor to DSL.net in connection with this transaction.

August 21, 2006 – Globix Corporation announced a definitive agreement to sell its wholly-owned subsidiary, Globix Holdings (UK) Limited to TelecityRedbus for $62 million.  Bank Street served as exclusive financial advisor to Globix in connection with this transaction.

April 3, 2006 – Globix Corporation filed a Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) stating that it has retained the investment banking firm of The Bank Street Group LLC to assist it in reviewing strategic and financing alternatives for the company and its businesses.

March 1, 2006 – Bank Street is pleased to highlight the sale by ComScape Telecommunications, Inc. of certain PCS licenses in the Athens, Ohio and Zanesville-Cambridge, Ohio markets to CellCo Partnership L.P. (d/b/a Verizon Wireless).  Bank Street served as ComScape's exclusive financial advisor in connection with this transaction.

February 21, 2006 – Bank Street is pleased to highlight the merger between Netifice Communications, Inc. and MegaPath Networks Incorporated.  This transaction establishes Netifice Communications as the largest independent provider of managed broadband VPNs in North America, providing a full range of security, remote access and site-to-site IP VPN services, including SSL, IPSec and MPLS.

February 1, 2006 – AboveNet, Inc. filed a Form 8-K stating that the Company has determined that its data center operations may not be core to its metro-network connectivity business in the future. As a result, the Company has retained The Bank Street Group LLC to assist it with soliciting and considering offers to purchase the Company’s data center operations.

January 5, 2006 – Bank Street is pleased to highlight the acquisition of AIRDESK, Inc. by Numerex Corp., an established leader in the wireless machine-to-machine (M2M) marketplace serving customers in the United States and Canada with wireless data solutions, network access and technical support.  The transaction solidifies Numerex's leadership position in the M2M market, broadening its vertical market coverage, network reach and product portfolio.
